Stanford Dean Rowe, EsquireShareholder
Stan is a Tampa native and graduate of H.B. Plant Hight School. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University and then pursued his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Prior to joining Glausier Knight Jones, Stan began his legal career with a Tampa law firm, where his experience included the representation of various financial institutions, private equity lenders, corporations, and individuals in a range of fraudulent transfer litigation, commercial foreclosure litigation, contract disputes, post-judgment collections, transactional real estate matters, and commercial lending transactions.
Mr. Rowe has extensive experience representing condominium associations and homeowner’s associations throughout the State of Florida as their general counsel. In addition to association general counsel representation, Stan’s practice includes corporate lending transactions, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, real estate transactions and general civil litigation.
