Glausier Knight provides representation in both transactional and litigation based real estate matters. We represent private property owners, businesses, and community associations throughout the state of Florida in issues arising out of real estate transactions, including environmental and zoning matters, easements and variances, land use and zoning, permitting, construction related issues, leasing, title insurance, real estate partnerships and development, and real-estate financing and closings. 

When litigation does arise out of a real estate transaction, Glausier Knight represents clients in civil trial, appellate, and administrative arenas. Such areas can include the representation of mortgage holders or lien holders in actions to enforce their rights, purchase and sale agreement disputes, slander of title and quiet titles actions, lease disputes, restrictive covenants, development agreements, title disputes, and construction related disputes.
