Stephen Barber, Esquire
Associate Attorney

Stephen is a native of Seminole, Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2016 (magna cum laude) and his Juris Doctor in 2019 (cum laude).

Before joining Glausier Knight Jones, Stephen practiced law in Florida’s Panhandle, where he gained experience in various practice areas, including condominium and homeowner’s association disputes on behalf of both associations and owners, real estate transactions and disputes, construction defect litigation, and post-employment restrictive covenant litigation.

Stephen now serves primarily as general counsel to condominium and homeowner’s associations across Florida, assisting with a wide range of legal needs, including interpreting governing documents, enforcing deed restrictions, revising and drafting governing documents, negotiating contracts with third-party vendors, as well as supporting association boards and community managers with the daily administration of their associations. Additionally, Stephen serves as general counsel to several Florida-based businesses, providing advice and counsel on a number of issues, including drafting corporate governance documentation, non-disclosure and other post-employment restrictive covenant agreements, assisting in the acquisition of necessary licensure, and serving as the primary coordinator for firm expansion and renovation projects.
